Order Processing and Shipping

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. A shipping tracking number will be viewable within one business day of shipment.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Primo Nutrition's shipping costs are based on the total dollar value of the customer's order. As such, you can usually save on shipping when combining several items onto one order, rather than making several smaller orders. Primo Nutrition does not profit on shipping charges. Please note that shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories will be higher and any additional payment must be paid prior to order processing. We will contact you via email for any additional charges. Feel free to request a quote prior to placing an order.

Q: When will I receive my order ?
A: 90% of orders are processed and shipped within one business day of order date (Monday thru Friday). Regular delivery time is 3 - 4 business days AFTER the ship date. If there are any issues with your order (credit card questions, out of stock items, etc), this may delay processing and we will notify you if any delays exceed 2 business days.

Primo Nutrition ships orders from 3 regional distribution centers which ensures your order will be processed and fulfilled from the facility closest to you.

Sample Order Processing Example: You place an order on Monday. The order will likely process and ship on Tuesday. Delivery time is 3 - 4 business days, starting with Wednesday (Day 1). So you will most likely receive your order on Friday (Day 3) or Monday (Day 4).

Q: Can you ship outside the United States ?

At this time, Primo Nutrition does not ship outside the United States.  Please note that orders shipped to AK/HI or any U.S. Territory will be extra.  Please email us for a quote.

Payment & Privacy

Q: What are my payment options ?

We accept Paypal, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or Discover. For your protection, the billing address on each order must match those on file with your credit card company. Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address may delay processing up to 2 business days after the order is placed.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, please send payment to: Primo Nutrition, P.O. Box 646, San Mateo, CA 94401-0646. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping.

Q: What information do you share with other companies ?

Primo Nutrition believes in maintaining our customers privacy and to that end, we do not sell or rent any customer information. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Primo Nutrition's website uses advanced encrypted SSL technology. Our site is sealed and verified by Thawte, Inc.
