Cyto Sports unique combination of branching as well as long linear chain maltodextrins with very low 'DE' (Dextrose Equivalence) providing a complex carbohydrate source approximately 96.5% sugar-free, unfiltered, non-denatured, ultra high quality whey protein concentrate and pre-digested, ion-exchanged whey protein hydrolysate, vitamin and mineral premix consisting of (vitamin A acetate, cholecalciferol, d-alpha-tocopherol acetate, ascorbic acid, folate, see label for more ingredients.
Suggested Use:
For a rich, creamy shake, mix 4 scoops (150g) in 16oz. of cold water. Use CytoGainer 45 minutes to 1 hour before your workout, training session, or practice. Next, be sure to have another serving within 30 to 45 minutes after your workout. This timing is critical since it is during the 2 hour period immediately following your workout that your muscles will absorb 80% of the amino's and carbs necessary to help them grow.
