Directions
Recommended Use: As an adult dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session, and two (2) more capsules at mid-afternoon. Initially, take half the recommended amount (one (1) capsule 2 times daily) for the first 7 days to determine your tolerance. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. For best results, use as part of a reduced fat diet and exercise program. Dymatize Dyma-burn is an ephedra free product.
