Got this tip from Ab Enthusiast...........Martin L, this guy is Hard CORE.   At the end of your Ab Routine, do a 10 second isometric hold to really tighten the core.  A leg raise on a dip machine (legs straight out in front of you, your body forming an "L" Shape), or a half sit-up on an angled abdominal board will really put the finishing touches to your routine.
